Believe it or not, NO editing was done to the eye, just tweaked overall levels and contrast and it came out just like that
It's my eye, taken a while ago. I almost went blind from standing in the light so long! I do not reccomend trying to get a picture like this unless you want a headache on one side of your head ahaha.
I tried this--I hope you don't mind.
And I thought you were kidding about the headache thing...I guess not. xD Because my left eye throbbed for about an hour.
Just letting you know I've featured this fabulous work in a module on my page (my journal is busy with a contest at the moment, so I couldn't add it there).
If you'd like to see it, just click on my avatar and scroll down my page to the box that says "NOW FEATURING".
Great work!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
