Believe it or not, NO editing was done to the eye, just tweaked overall levels and contrast and it came out just like that 
It's my eye, taken a while ago. I almost went blind from standing in the light so long!
I do not reccomend trying to get a picture like this unless you want a headache on one side of your head ahaha.
