How would you be using it in this book? And what sort of book is it

Well the guy in the picture gives off the same feel as one of the main characters.
I'd put the picture in the back in the Cast section.
I'd put the character's name.
The name of the model and the name of who took it.

As for what kind of book it is, well it's very dark.
Some say sarcastic and funny.
